Effective from 01 January 2025. These Terms govern the use of pinnaifxf.live and all Pinna learning services.

2. About Pinna
Pinna is an Irish marketing education provider headquartered in Dublin. References to “we”, “us”, or “our” mean Pinna and its affiliated facilitators.
3. Eligibility
Use of Pinna services is intended for individuals aged 18 or older representing businesses, public bodies, or organisations seeking professional development.
4. Account Responsibilities
Where access credentials are provided, you are responsible for maintaining confidentiality and notifying Pinna immediately of unauthorised use.
5. Programme Participation
Participants agree to engage respectfully, complete assignments as agreed, and maintain confidentiality regarding shared materials and discussions.
6. Intellectual Property
All learning materials, templates, videos, and resources remain the intellectual property of Pinna. You may use materials internally for agreed purposes only.
7. User Contributions
Any feedback, assignments, or submissions provided to Pinna may be used to improve services, subject to confidentiality obligations agreed with your organisation.
8. Third-Party Tools
We may integrate third-party collaboration tools. Your use of those tools is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
9. Confidentiality
Pinna will treat your strategic information with confidentiality and use it solely for delivering agreed learning services. Confidentiality may be superseded by legal obligations.
10. Service Changes
Pinna reserves the right to update programme content, facilitators, or delivery methods to enhance learning outcomes. Significant changes will be communicated in advance.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Irish law, Pinna is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Pinna against claims arising from misuse of our services, breach of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
